New and Improved Phone System
Dear Barrett Station Veterinary Clinic Clients,
On Tuesday December 15, 2020, we will be updating our entire phone system to better serve you. We are doing our best to limit service interruptions but we ask for patience as there may be some disruptions intermittently during the day.
Our team is working hard to learn the new system to best assist you. If you experience issues getting through on the phones or are accidentally disconnected for any reason, please call back and we’ll do our very best to help you. You may also email us at email@example.com. If you need a prescription or product refill you may contact our pharmacy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will increase our frequency of checking email during this transition. If you need to schedule a non urgent appointment you may do so through your PetPortal. This is accessible on our website www.barrettstationvet.com or via the MyPetWellness App available in your App store.
Our after hours doctor consultation line may also experience some interruption this week due to the new system. If you call the after hours consult line and do not get a response within 30 minutes or if your pet has an emergency that can not wait for a response, we request you contact the nearest animal emergency hospital to you.
