"BSVC has a welcoming environment from the time you walk thru the doors. The receptionists know our dogs' names and are ready to extend pets and treats. The vet techs listened carefully to our concerns and are able to make our most anxious dog at ease, not an easy feat. The doctors are always able and willing to extend their knowledge so we better understand the issues our girls are dealing with. Been going there for 12 years and know when we arrive our pets will get the best care possible! Can never say it enough, but thank you for all you do!!!"
