Modified Lobby Re-Opening Guidelines
We are excited to announce that we will be re-opening our lobby on a modified basis. In an effort to maintain the required social distancing, we ask that prior to entering the building for an appointment or to pick up medications, all clients continue to call upon arrival. Please call (314)822-2882 to give our receptionist your pet’s name, last name, parking spot number and best number for us to call or text you at if needed. Our team will direct you on when it is your turn to enter the lobby so that we may avoid lobby congestion.
If you have a scheduled appointment, we will allow one adult to come in per household with the patient(s) for the appointment or if preferred, we will also offer the curbside option (patient visits and check out) for your convenience. Social distancing and face masks (must cover the nose and mouth) are required to enter the building and for duration of visit.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been directly exposed in last 14 days, or COVID-19 Positive in last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment or have a friend or family member from another household bring the pet in for the appointment and notify us of situation.
