Dr. Pletz was born and raised in Steele, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she graduated from Veterinary School in 2000. Dr. Pletz joined BSVC in May of 2000 and in 2006 became a partner. Her special veterinary interests include internal medicine, oncology and ultrasonography.
She married Dr. John Pletz in 2000 and they have two children, Hayden and Brendan. They also share their home with two dogs and a cat.
When she is away from work she enjoys running, reading, cooking, shopping and hanging out with her family.
